Workflow Analysis
Everyone agrees a process is broken and nobody can describe it end to end.
AI can only run a workflow you can describe. We define one end to end, with its inputs, decision points, exceptions, and handoffs, in a form any team or platform can build from. Then we name where AI can take a step, where it cannot, and what the next bounded engagement should be. In the workflows we have built so far, each one has given back dozens of executive hours a month, and the output got better, not just faster.
What We Do
