Agentic AI Workflow Developer

About the Role

Universal Mind is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Workflow Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll design and implement sophisticated AI agent systems that autonomously reason, plan, and execute complex tasks. You'll work with cutting-edge AI technologies including LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, and custom agent frameworks to build solutions that transform how our clients operate.

Responsibilities

• •Design and develop agentic AI workflows for enterprise clients
• •Build autonomous systems that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks
• •Integrate AI agents with various APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• •Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• •Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape

Requirements

• •3+ years of software development experience
• •Experience with AI/ML technologies and LLM-based applications
• •Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• •Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks
• •Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
