Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Workflow Developer to design, develop, and deploy custom agentic workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering, with expertise in building systems that integrate large language models (LLMs), tools, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent orchestration. This role involves translating business needs into scalable, adaptive AI solutions that handle dynamic conditions and learn from interactions, similar to automating lead scoring in sales or patient engagement in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows that break down complex goals into actionable steps, incorporating reasoning with LLMs, tool integration (e.g., APIs, databases, and external systems), persistent memory for learning, and orchestration of multi-agent collaborations.
  • Develop autonomous agents capable of adapting to changing environments, executing tasks like data retrieval, process automation, and iterative decision-making.
  • Integrate workflows with real-time data sources, machine learning models (e.g., for predictive analytics or personalization), and industry-specific systems such as CRMs, IoT devices, or healthcare platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions for sectors including staffing, telecom, manufacturing, and insuretech, ensuring seamless integration and minimal human intervention.
  • Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability, including testing for edge cases and refining based on outcomes.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovative applications, such as AI-driven talent acquisition or population health analysis.
  • Document code, architectures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1 year focused on agentic or autonomous AI systems.
  • Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI workflows that handle multistep, adaptive processes.

Essential Skills and Technologies

  • Proficiency in Python as the primary programming language for AI agent development, with experience in JavaScript for web-based integrations where applicable.
  • Hands-on expertise with top agentic AI frameworks, including LangChain for building seamless workflows, AutoGen for orchestrating multi-agent systems, CrewAI for collaborative agent architectures, and LangGraph for advanced state management in graph-based agentic processes.
  • Experience integrating with leading LLM providers such as OpenAI, Google, Meta, Anthropic, and XAI, along with workflow tools like N8N for automation.
  • Strong understanding of core agentic components: LLM-based reasoning, tool/API integration, memory systems (e.g., persistent storage for interaction history), and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance LLM outputs with external knowledge retrieval, reducing hallucinations and improving context awareness in agentic flows.
  • Expertise in graph databases such as Neo4j for constructing knowledge graphs that support advanced reasoning, entity resolution, and structured data querying in agentic applications.
  • Familiarity with GraphRAG methodologies, including Microsoft's GraphRAG and Neo4j's implementations, for combining graph-based indexing and retrieval with generation to enable more accurate, hierarchical, and agentic query handling over unstructured data.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, natural language processing) and data processing libraries like NumPy, Pandas, or Scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying scalable AI solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity in dynamic workflows.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additional frameworks like Semantic Kernel, MetaGPT, or Amazon Bedrock Agents for specialized agentic applications.
