Jeffrey Bouley brings over 15 years of Client/Internet/Web back-end integration experience to Universal Mind. He’s an accomplished project manager; tech lead; architect of web systems, components, databases, and client applications; and author. He’s worked with the back-end databases Oracle 7-11, Microsoft SQL Server 7-2008, and MySQL 5. He’s programmed with Flex, ColdFusion, Java, C#, VB.Net, Flash, Active Server pages, Visual Basic, and various ESRI GIS products.

NASA, Int’l Speedway Corp., Accenture, Macromedia, Allaire, Quest Technologies, Lockheed Martin and Perot Systems/AT&T figure prominently on Jeffrey ’s resume. He earned his M.S. in Management of Technology from the University of Miami, and his B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Central Florida.
