Title: Vice President, Client Services
Erika believes that digital experiences aren’t merely part of an organization’s strategy, they are the backbone and roadmap to truly delivering value to customers. As Vice President of Client Services, Erika’s goal is to empower companies to innovate, strategize, and implement digital experiences that leverage cross-team collaboration, improve employee interactions, and truly delight customers.
Erika received her undergrad in English, her MFA in Writing, and her MBA in Business Management; she is an experienced Agile Coach and Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4).
Outside of work, Erika loves traveling with her husband, running, hiking with her dogs, perusing real estate listings, honing her amateur chef skills, and reading stories about flesh-eating bacteria and sinkholes.
