Using his experience as a Global Business Analyst and R&D Analyst at companies like Merrell, Novell, and Amway, Brad is adept at connecting the dots between business processes and a useful and memorable user experience. Focusing on the architecture that supports a solid user experience, Brad has worked extensively in building digital strategies that break down barriers between users and companies.
When not doing his digital gig, he’s with his wife of 15 years and 3 children.
