Here are two LauchPAD demos you can try right now. One is for the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) while the other shows how LaunchPAD works with any generic GeoRSS feed (in this case, one that reports earthquake activity).

SFPD Prototype

Launch a prototype in place with the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD):


Try pushing a live request for help to this prototype application.

Incoming Call

Open in a new browser window, and note the location of the call is highlighted in the SFPD application. The moving points on the map represent units in the field. Click on any of these to see information on that unit.


Generic LaunchPAD Prototype

Launch a version of LaunchPAD capable of reading any GeoRSS feed. The default GeoRSS feed is one provided by the USGS showing worldwide earthquake activity in the past 24 hours.
