Tom Link, Chief Technology Officer, came to Universal Mind, Inc. in early 2004 after more than five years at Allaire and Macromedia. As a founding member of Allaire’s consulting team, he was instrumental in staffing the practice and implementing processes for teams to work virtually. While at Macromedia, he worked at over 100 locations around the globe, planning, coding, and troubleshooting the world’s largest Macromedia applications. He became convinced that rich internet technologies and Flash as a platform was the industry’s future and came to Universal Mind to help embrace these trends. With the RIA systems and thought leaders in place, Tom continues to leverage the company’s assets and his own skills to implement product strategy and emerging technologies.
